Appointments require confirmation within 2 working days. Last minute cancellations less than 72 hours prior incur a $100 cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding, since we we aim to help others too if you can’t attend at the last minute.

In-person consultation is favoured to allow direct interaction and physical examination, but please let reception know if telehealth is required (fees are the same for telehealth; and payment details are taken prior to any telehealth consultation for payment on the day). We ask that you reschedule any appointment if you are unwell, in line with infectious disease policies.

Complex medical questions can’t be answered by emails since they require due consideration with an appointment. Similarly medical certification will require an appointment usually.
